To access our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

4. AWS Credentials and Security
When connecting AWS accounts to our Service:
• You grant us limited access to manage your AWS resources as per your configuration
• We use industry-standard encryption to protect your credentials
• We are ISO 27001 certified and follow strict security protocols
• You retain full ownership and control of your AWS resources
• You can revoke access at any time through your account settings
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
Subscription Details:
• All plans start with a 14-day free trial
• Billing is monthly or annual (with discount)
• Plans auto-renew unless cancelled
• Upgrades take effect immediately
• Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
Payment Terms:
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• No refunds for partial months of service

We guarantee:
• 99.99% uptime for our monitoring platform
• Response times based on your support tier

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Athena Cloud Native, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your AWS account activities
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
• With 30 days written notice
• Immediately for material breach
• Immediately for non-payment
Upon termination:
• Your access to the Service will be disabled
• We will delete your data after 30 days
• You remain responsible for any outstanding charges
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
